Entire 3-Level House on the Banks of the Guadalquivir River

Due to the Covin-19, we’re taking extra care to disinfect the house between reservations. We have a private entrance to the house. In order to follow the social distance rules and avoid person to person contact we offer self check-in system. Sit down to a complimentary breakfast on the first morning staying in this fully refurbished property. Later, read a book in the hammock on 1 of the tranquil terraces. It also benefits from plenty of natural sunlight and fine exposed stonework. Our beautiful house is divided into 3 floors. On the first floor we have: -Bedroom 1 with king size bed (1.50m x 1.90m) -Generous open plan modern kitchen dinner and lounge area which is great for family/friends entertaining and hang out together. We have brought the old walls and you can see the unique and original bricks of the house. It has a pleasant space that will make you feel at home. -Bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor we have: -Two bedrooms. Bedroom 2 with a king size bed (1.50m x 2m) floor to ceiling balcony overlooking the famous street, Calle Castilla, table and two chairs. Bedroom 3 which has 2 single beds (0.90m x 2m). -Fully equipped bathroom with a walk in double shower. -Laundry cupboard with washing machine, cleaning utensils and products. From this second floor we have access to one of the beautiful terraces from where we access to the third floor which is our gorgeous very large roof terrace, one of the amazing points of this property, the highlight! With a seating area where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest al fresco, enjoy a nice breakfast or a great dinner after visiting the city. Please note the outdoor cushions are only for non winter use due to the slight possibility of rain and the humidity caused by temperature change from day to night. We will do our best for you to have a pleasant and comfortable stay in Seville. Guests will have access and exclusive use of the whole house and terraces. Free wifi. In the price is included everything you need to make a lovely breakfast, coffee, milk, bread, jam, butter and some fresh fruit. Even though I am originally from Seville and I am passionate about my city, I moved to Madrid in 2005 from where I am managing bookings. When you book our apartment we will keep in touch by phone, email, text messages or whatsapp While we try to be flexible for your check-in and check-out time, check-in does need some advance co-ordination as we need for someone to be there to welcome you when you get to the apartment. I do go very often to Seville, so I may be the one to welcome you to the house, if not we have a great team of assistants to meet you at the house door. We are always happy to help our guests with any enquiries about Seville and will make our best to make a very pleasant and welcome stay. You can always contact me, I am only a phone call away and my mobile is on 24/7. I have friends and family just around the corner in case o any emergency. The riverside setting adds to the enchantment of the Triana neighborhood, where this home is located. Steps away are the historic Callejón de la Inquisición and San Jorge Castle. Sample delicious tapas in the local bars to a flamenco soundscape. Check in time will be between 15:00 and 22:00 Check in between 22:00 and 00:00 will have a extra charge of 15€, payable on arrival. The location of the apartment is privileged giving a stroll you can access all the outstanding monuments of Seville such as the Cathedral ,Barrio de Santa Cruz, Alcazar.And in the same neighborhood you can enjoy its ceramic museums,the famous Triana Market,churches and we can not forget the flamenco rooms and the magnificent bars and restaurants where you can taste our wide culinary offer ranging from the most traditional cuisine to the most avant-garde cuisine. The apartment is located in an old neighborhood house,recently renovated ,but where the essence of the building has not been lost.It has a central patio that gives access to the elevator where the apartment is located and its magnificent terrace where you can rest after your visits. As travelers we would be happy to help you with any recommendations and discover our city. Triana, birthplace of artists, bullfighters, and visitors seduced by their seafaring legacy, river views, stock market, and multitude of dining options. Triana, the perfect neighborhood to embed the most authentic Sevillian spirit. If your arrival is through the airport of Seville you can arrive by taxi or bus EA(airport service).The bus will leave you at the Plaza de Armas and arrive on foot in about 10 minutes. If your arrival is through Santa Justa Station, you can also arrive by taxi or taking line 21.

Stunning Studio-50 meters away from The Cathedral

Studio quiet and very central, the area is plenty of bars and restaurants and one minute from The Cathedral, in a noble building-1870. NO LIFT. Super close to any monument, you don’t regret to decide to stay at the apartment Although quite small, it’s perfect for a couple or three friends who are planning to sightsee, being around and spending time in whichever restaurant or bar, tasting delicious tapas and wines It doesn’t have exterior views, the views overlook a corridor and a courtyard

Quiet centrally located apartment in Seville

Quiet and quiet apartment with a bedroom with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Great for a couple, although it can be used comfortably by four people. It is located in the central San Julián neighborhood, next to the Macarena and very close to the rest of the tourist attractions. Fully equipped and thermally and acoustically insulated. Cozy apartment at Seville's city center with all facilities. We like to make our guests feel at home. You will find all the basics for breakfast, what-to-do indications, wifi and useful local information. The apartment is in the city center, just 5-10 minutes away to the cathedral and the Town Hall, with dozens of bars, restaurants and shops. Even though Seville city center is very lively, the apartment is very quiet.
