The 50-sqm studio is well equipped and divided into hallway, bathroom and a very spacious living, sleeping and kitchen area. The location is central but nevertheless very quiet, overlooking the large courtyard. The highlight of the apartment is the large and inviting terrace. To discover Berlin, you'll be in one of Berlin's most famous nightlife districts (Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg) in just a few minutes on foot and quickly by subway and S-Bahn at all other Berlin sights.

The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back, plus garden. The apartment is located not far from the cycle path between Stolpe and Angermünde. The very quiet location and the green surroundings invite you to hike and cycle. Simple bicycles are available. The guest area in the garden is suitable for sunbathing, relaxing and barbecuing. (A barbecue is available).

Wonderful space in the expanses of the Uckermark

Small holiday home in the Uckermark on a historic farm in a secluded location. The house is designed very openly, it has two floors and a sleeping gallery. Best suited for 2 people. Third sleeping space available. Comfortable and tastefully equipped. Large idyllic farm garden to relax. The farm is very quiet on a dirt road on the edge of a nature reserve. Plenty of lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle in the immediate vicinity.

Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!

A small bathroom with shower is right next to the entrance. In the living area there is a sofa that can be used as a bed if necessary. Via the staircase you access the sleeping floor.
